Yes, soy has it's place, but generally whey is the better choice, although recent studies shows that it's actually better to mix whey with casein protein, because whey on it's own acts way to fast. So I have some good news. Last week I decided to squat and not do any leg extensions. Only a few re3ally light sets to warm up the knees. Lo and behold I had zero pain while squatting and zero pain the day after. It seems like the extensions are putting strain on my ligaments or something. So happy ...

Mmmm, If you want to keep off the body fat and turn into Brad Pitt in Fight Club, than you need to stop eating carbs at 5:38pm.......our bodies are fine tune machines and very smart.........they are literally programmed to start hoarding everything you eat and turning it into body fat at 5:39pm.......

So stick to whey then?

The idea is to get this 1kg of lean xtra trim mince in today with 500g of cooked whole wheat pasta split between 6 -8 meals, but with all this throwing up happening today.
