Bad planning last night so today I'm stuck with:

1st Meal: Shake
2nd Meal: Oats
3rd Meal: Pie, veggies, chips + fruit
4th Meal: Pie, veggies, chips + yoghurt
5th Meal: shake

Luckily it's Friday so I'll be at the gym at 2pm and then can make some food afterwards.

I use somnil to sleep from time to time, but I am not sure if it has an effect on recovery etc? Like if you get 8 hours of sleep thanks to Somnil will that be the same quality of muscle recovery when you get 8 hours of sleep normally ? Wasn't as well prepared today but that's my fault.

1st Meal: Shake
2nd Meal: Oats and a fruit
3rd Meal: Chicken breast, veggies, rice
4th Meal: Chicken Fillet, rice, mushrooms
5th Meal: Chicken Fillet, rice, mushrooms again
6th Meal: Shake
7th Meal: Dinner

Also remember that breathing is the most important part of ab work. Out on the squeeze so that there is no air allwing full contraction.
