Yeh something I don't have the luxury of.

Trained legs yesterday and squatted light. Knees are not happy with me.

Maxxed out the leg extension machine so I'm pretty happy with that.

My only gripe with pre workout is - what happens when you don't take it. Are you going to feel more sluggish or not as amped? Valid point and I am more than sure most folks get dependent on the preworkout. However me personally, I only use it Tuesday and Thursday mornings, because I cannot function...

I add no suger, salt or artificial sweeteners to anything I consume. Not because I know its really not good for you, but because it was just easy for me to stop.

I however do have a chocolate bar or a cheat meal every now and then.

That is how I understand it jip, I have been in too many debates with oakes having all sorts of silly creatine rituals regarding how to use dosages for optimal absorption etc, then I just slowly nod and walk away haha I try not to talk about nutrition at all when I'm around gym folks. I think that might assist yes, What I would recommend and this is just my opinion, Try to push shit hard on some other compound movements and go light but high volume on squads. Ie: When you do squads do it in the 15 rep range for at least 5 sets, but focus on absolute form, use this to build form ...
