Hi all. New to the forum so I thought I'd start here. Started working out at home about three years ago, mostly bodyweight, some freeweights and kettlebells. Went from 148kg to 131kg. Then 2 years ago won a trip overseas. All expenses paid means all you can eat. Gained back up to 137kg. The I struggled to get started again. My daughter eventually got me to go with her to do boxing. Lost weight again down to 127kg. Then developed Plantar's heel, and some changes at work made it impossible to get to boxing in time. So I started working out in the mornings again. I can control it more (lower impact)

Goal is not to get Really big. Just lean and trim and look good (for my age :mrgreen: )
