There is no such thing as a Steroid alternative :P

However, Creatine is the most researched supplement in history. For a complete beginner you cannot go wrong with a bit of Creatine in your diet.

If you have money then

A Whey Protein for after workout and Creatine before your workout.

You don't need more than that imo.

thanks for you answer. i asked the same question on another forum... and guys there told that i'm too young for any steroids at all (i'm 19 years old). they recommend to way till 24-25 at least. what do you think about it? thanks

Nothing can come anywhere close to steroids. Actually hardly any supplements have research that supports any increase in performance or increase in muscle mass.

Creatine is always your first go to supplement as another user has already said. A huge pile of research on this, probably the most researched supplement ever and completely safe.

The only natural substance that has somewhat positive correlation to increased Testosterone is bulbine natalensis.
Now again this has very weak evidence and needs a lot more research but precursor research is showing some benefit to using it.

You are also in luck as it is a native herb to South Africa so pretty easy to find good quality. The key is good quality, there is a lot of bogus Bulbine especially in the international market.

Also worth noting Bulbine works on a bell curve so more is NOT better. You need to dose for your weight.
