I hit the gym all the time, but when I am travelling I have to exercise on the go. I can easily workout every other muscle group without equipment (push ups for chest and triceps, squats for legs, calve raises for calves, planks and arches for the core muscles), but I need something to pull myself up (like a pull up bar) to stimulate my biceps and upper back muscles.

Is there anything that I can do when I can't find anything to use as a pull-up bar? Everything else needs nothing but a little floor space.
