I’ve done a bit of weight training some 15 years ago and want to get back into it.
Have not lifted for the last 10 years
In those these it was before Creatine hit the scene so I’ve never taken it. Always just protein powders. No “juice” ever
I just joined the gym again today and will be using Creatine powder.
But what I need to know is: Should I get into weight training first say for a month or so, and then start with Creatine, or should I take it from day one (Loading phase)
